Our three kids have had First Days of School at Etheridge Elementary, Coyote Ridge Elementary, Degan Elementary, Timber Creek Elementary, Flower Mound Elementary and Prairie Trail Elementary.  And that's all between 2005 and 2007!

August 2005 - Coyote Ridge Elementary Andy age 5, Kindergarten, and Ryan age 3, PPCD Comm, got to be part of the very first class to attend Coyote Ridge in Carrollton!

August 2006 - Flower Mound and Timber Creek Ryan age 4, PPCD Comm, Flower Mound Elementary, and Andy age 6, First Grade, Timber Creek Elementary

August 2007 - Flower Mound and Prairie Trail Ryan age 5, Comm Class at Flower Mound Elementary, Katie age 3, PPCD at Prairie Trail Elementary, and Andy age 7, Second Grade at Flower Mound Elementary

August 2008 - Flower Mound Elementary and CCDC Ryan age 6, 1st Grade Comm Class. Andy age 8, 3rd Grade. Katie age 4, Preschool.

August 2009 - Flower Mound Elementary Andy age 9, 4th Grade; Katie age 5, Kindergarten; Ryan age 7, 2nd Grade Comm Class

Here's how that breaks down:

 Ryan started at Etheridge Elementary in The Colony in February 2005 (when he turned 3) because he went to PPCD Comm Class, and at the time there was no such class in Carrollton where we lived.

 In fall of 2005, a new PPCD Comm class opened up at Coyote Ridge Elementary.  Andy was supposed to go to Polser, but we transferred him to Coyote Ridge for kindergarten because the school was close and it kept the boys together.

 In December 2005 we moved from Carrollton to Flower Mound.  Andy switched to our zoned school, Timber Creek, to finish kindergarten.  Ryan was sent to PPCD Comm class at Degan, which was great!  But the class size outgrew the available space.

 In fall of 2006 a new PPCD Comm class opened up at Flower Mound Elementary and Ryan was sent there.  Meanwhile, Andy attended First Grade at Timber Creek.

 In fall of 2007 Ryan started Comm Class/Kindergarten - which was going to be at McAuliffe Elementary in Highland Village , but thank goodness the program was moved to Flower Mound Elementary and Ryan got to stay put!  We transferred Andy over to Flower Mound for Second Grade since it appears that Ryan's class will stay put through 5th grade and both boys can attend the same school this way. 

 Meanwhile, also in fall of 2007, Katie started PPCD at Prairie Trail (our nearest feeder school for PPCD) as a Peer Model.
