Our First Pond - August 1999Our first pond was a hole we dug ourselves, plus a kit from Home Depot and some rocks we gathered from Lake Grapevine. It was our starter pond, from which we learned what to do and not to do!

We got these fish from Creative Watergardens in Garland. The big ones cost 100 and up, and the little ones started at 6. We got little ones, in within a few years, they were a foot long!
