We moved to our current house in December 2005.  Having lived in our previous house for 8 years, we figure that it took us 8 years to get our other house just the way we wanted it so it will probably take us at least 8 years to do the same to this house.  We always have projects going!

Texas Snowfall This shot was taken March 7, 2008 - after a very mild winter and after the trees had budded out and the grass had begun to green up. Surprise!

Summer 2005 This is the picture that was on realtor.com when Amy first found our house for sale - she loved it because you could barely see the house for the trees!
